Refund policy

We do not offer any returns or exchanges. Refund will be initiated only under the following conditions:-

1. If the product reached to you is defective.
2. Unpacking video is required from the start of opening the parcel. Please ensure the video clearly shows the package, receipt, and the unboxing process.
3. 360 video with no cuts is mandatory.
